“When we identify where our privilege intersects with somebody else's oppression, we'll find our opportunities to make real change.”
― Ijeoma Oluo, So You Want to Talk About Race
How we operate:
Members make $1,000 or $500 annual donations. Members can nominate organizations for funding.
We research, evaluate and discuss organizations members want to support.
We vote on how many organizations we will support each year and how much we will give each organization.
All members get an equal vote on how we distribute our funds.
We strive to be diverse, listen to all opinions, and learn from each other.
